The second son of Piero de' Medici and younger brother of Lorenzo de' Medici the Magnificent. He was killed during the Pazzi conspiracy during Easter mass in the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence on 26 April 1478. The statue was created by Michelangelo in 1526-1534 for the tomb in the Medici Chapel in Florence.
The statuette was made by the Italian sculptor Enio Furiesi for a factory that produces copies of sculptures for the Vatican Museums, the Metropolitan Museum, the Hermitage and other museums around the world.
The material of the sculpture is marble powder, the base material is marble. Dimensions 4.7" x 5.1" x H10.2" (12 x 13 x H26 cm), weight 5.1 lbs (2.3 kg).
Available in white and gray marble.
