Siena

   Siena is one of the most beautiful ancient cities of Italy. Located to the south of Florence, Siena is world famous for several things: the beautiful  gothic cathedral with unique inlaid marble floors, the charming ancient square Piazza del Campo, where twice a year occurs the most famous Palio in Italy  - horse racing without saddles, as well as the fact that in the province of Siena there are two of the most important wine regions of Tuscany - Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino. For tourists, Siena is just paradise: the opportunity to see the masterpieces of architecture and art, wander through the old narrow streets literally steeped in history, plunge into the medieval atmosphere of Palio, stay in a traditional Tuscan restaurant for a glass of Chianti or Brunello, and also to visit the charming neighboring towns of Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, and from their fortress walls and towers, to admire those unique Tuscan landscapes.
